i found the room comfortable. it featured a large television and convenient coffee machine. the bathroom had a rainfall shower. i appreciated the quick response from room service. also, the staff helped me arrange transportation to nearby attractions!
the hallway noise was sometimes noticeable, especially early in the morning.

the staff were helpful and friendly. domingo, ana, roshel, and suresh received special mentions for their service. the hotel is great for kids and seeing wb characters daily pleased my family.
the beds and pillows were stiff. the rooftop swimming pool seemed small. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and had long queues.
